Counting backwards

I am learning to count backwards from 10. I had to count backwards from 10. This is easy for me now. It can be tricky to count backwards from 10.

Writing for a purpose

We published our story. Our story was about mum. Mum was our word of the week and it was going to be mothers day. We wrote our story so Mum could read it. We have been learning that we write for a purpose. The purpose of our story was to tell Mum something we like about her.  

"I had to draw our my mum. It was almost mothers day. I wrote a story about my mum because I love her. I liked to colour in my mum. This is easy for me."

Retelling my story

I am learning to retell my story. I had draw three pictures on the whiteboard. This is tricky for me.
