MOTAT trip

MOTAT 

At MOTAT I really thought we were workers.

At Motat I looked at diffrent stuff I really think this is really cool

I felt like we were workers.  

Nouns, adjectives, adverbs,verbs

Reflection

I have learnt to find nouns and adjectives and adverbs  and verb.

It was easy because on the writing wall it shows the meaning.

I now know that the adjectives means if they're happy it is a describing word

I need to work finding more about adverbs.

Reading the minutes on an analogue clock

Reflection
I am learning to tell the time.
It was easy because the clock can help you by counting in your fives to get the minutes.
I need to work on remembering it's not the number the long hand points to.

Instructional writing

Reflection
I learnt to write a set of instructions. It was tricky to figure out what to put into the equipment list and then the instructions.  I need to work on adding more detail by adding similes.

Extending new vocabulary

Reflection
I am learning to actively seek to extend knowledge  of new vocabulary. This means finding a word that you don't know what the meaning is. It was tricky because in the dictionary we had to find the
first letter in the word then we had to find the next letter.  I need to work on what I think it means and what it means so I can tell more information.
